Store in a cool dry place, once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 48 hours.
Microwave. Before cooking: Remove outer packaging and pull back film half way. Microwave on full power for 2mins (750w). Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. For different power microwaves adjust the cooking time accordingly. All cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.
