Our dried lasagne pasta made from yellow lentil and brown rice flour is gluten free and high in protein. The perfect alternative to regular pasta sheets. You can use them in a number of ways, from cannellonis to raviolis and of course the classic, lasagne.

Instructions: In an ovenproof dish, create layers of sauce and lasagne sheets, beginning with the sauce, Finish with some white sauce on top to have the perfect gratin aspect. Cook for 30-40 min in 200oC. Our yellow lentil lasagne sheets, made with 90% legumes, can be enjoyed in many ways: precooked, roll into cannellonis or cut in square and stick with yolk to form raviolis.
